Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in consumer electronics or similar technical retail environments.
• Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent customer service and the ability to communicate with diverse customer demographics.
• Sound product knowledge of consumer electronics or a strong ability to acquire such knowledge quickly.
• Proficiency in using POS systems and retail management software.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations on consumer electronics to customers, ensuring they find solutions that meet their needs and preferences.
• Engage with customers in a consultative manner to understand requirements and guide them through the purchasing process.

• Maintain product displays; keep the electronics section well-organised, visually appealing and stocked.
• Build relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
• Stay updated on product specifications and market trends within consumer electronics.
