Job summary

Rayxen Tech Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia seeks a friendly cashier/receptionist to support daily sales activities and front-counter service. You will handle payments, issue receipts, and ensure accurate POS records while guiding customers to the right team.

Role includes greeting walk-ins, responding to calls and messages, coordinating with Sales and Support, and maintaining tidy counters. Fresh graduates are welcome; prior cashier experience is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Basic computer knowledge required.

Assist with basic administrative duties, filing, documentation and data entry.

Keep the reception and cashier counter clean, organised and presentable.

Coordinate with Sales, Technical, Accounts and other departments when required.

Assist with stock or item checking at the counter when necessary.

Perform other reasonable duties assigned by management.

Requirements
