Job summary

Calibre Events Solutions Sdn Bhd in Penang is seeking a Sales Promoter to demonstrate consumer electronics, engage customers on the shop floor, and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• SPM education or equivalent qualification; higher education is a plus.
• Proven experience in retail sales, preferably within consumer electronics or a similar retail environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Enthusiasm for technology and consumer electronics products.
• Excellent customer service attitude and a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and meet sales targets.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours including weekends if required.
• Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English; additional languages are advantageous.
