The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver projects. A mechanical engineering degree and 5+ years in Oil & Gas business development are required,

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Oil & Gas Business Development/Sales.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Bayu Purnama Sdn Bhd is looking for a dedicated and technically skilled Procurement & Technical Support to join our team at the Bintulu Workshop, Sarawak. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the inspection, maintenance, overhaul, and troubleshooting of mechanical rotating equipment, primarily in the oil and gas sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities for rotating equipment services and reverse engineering within the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical Industries

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners

Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Attend client meetings, presentations, and industry events

Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Oil & Gas Business Development/Sales Industries
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in handling tenders and bidding process is an advantage
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Willing to travel when required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge in upstream/downstream Oil & Gas operations
• Good networking within the industry
