Job summary

SINPPA INDUSTRIAL SDN. BHD. in Malaysia is seeking a proactive Purchasing Assistant to support the procurement process and supplier coordination. You will assist in collecting quotes, data entry, and archiving, with a focus on accurate documentation and timely follow-up.

The role welcomes fresh graduates with a Diploma or higher in Supply Chain or related fields, and Mandarin language ability is advantageous for communications with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of procurement process; quotation/negotiation basics and document handling; proficient in OA procurement module and Office.
• Basic material identification and data-stat skills; Mandarin helps communication. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for this role.
• Experience in procurement is not required but helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist specialists/supervisors in collecting supplier quotes; perform basic enquiry, comparison and documentation.
• Follow up purchase order execution; handle procurement documents, data entry and archiving.
• Liaise with suppliers on basics; relay lead-time, quality and delivery info.
• Support procurement data statistics and supplier information maintenance.
