Job summary
IPC Industries Sdn. Bhd. is looking for a Procurement / Purchasing Executive to oversee purchase planning and supplier management. You will monitor Purchase Orders and supplier performance while ensuring optimal inventory levels.
The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain or related field, along with 2-5 years of relevant experience. A competitive salary based on capability and benefits like medical insurance are offered.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of relevant Purchasing / Procurement / Supply Planning experience.
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial materials, metals or engineering-related industries is advantageous.
- Experience dealing with overseas suppliers and long lead-time materials is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain purchase plans based on various criteria.
- Monitor Long-Term Agreements and Purchase Orders closely.
- Identify material requirements to minimize stock shortages.
- Source and evaluate local and overseas suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and commercial terms with suppliers.
- Coordinate with various departments on purchasing requirements.
- Prepare purchasing and outstanding PO reports for Management review.
