Job summary

• Procurement Operations: Obtain quotations and compare pricing; Support RFQ/RFP and tender activities; Coordinate procurement transactions.
• Supplier Management: Liaise with suppliers, maintain databases, monitor performance, assist with onboarding.
• Contract & Compliance: Maintain procurement docs, ensure compliance, support audits.
• Reporting & Administration: Prepare procurement reports, update trackers, maintain filing systems.
