Job summary

Executive Recruiters Malaysia is seeking an experienced procurement professional to manage end-to-end processes from requisition to delivery. You will lead negotiations, contract oversight, and supplier performance reviews across global sites.

The role requires over 3 years in sourcing, a relevant bachelor's degree, and strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. Proficiency in SAP/SRM is preferred; travel may be required. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Over 3 years of sourcing experience.
• Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute end to end procurement processes, from requisition to delivery.

• Develop and maintain supplier relationships, including daily communication and performance reviews.
• Coordinate exception handling for delivery anomalies and quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, regulatory requirements, and ethical sourcing standards.
• Provide reporting on procurement KPIs, cost savings, and supplier performance.

• Ability to adapt to business trips and manage multiple priorities across global sites.
