Responsibilities

Process routine and repeat purchase orders based on approved requirements, specifications, suppliers, and purchasing procedures.
Obtain and compare quotations, prepare purchase orders, and support the evaluation of pricing, quality, lead time, and payment terms.
Monitor purchase orders and follow up on approvals, supplier confirmations, and order status.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments regarding delivery schedules, shortages, delays, incorrect items, quality issues, and other purchasing matters.
Handle online purchases, including Shopee and other approved platforms, ensuring proper approvals, supporting documentation, order tracking, and record maintenance.
Maintain supplier records, quotations, purchase orders, delivery records, and other purchasing documentation, ensuring proper filing and availability for audits and reference purposes.
