HAVE FUN KL SDN. BHD. is seeking a proactive Procurement Executive to support daily procurement across our entertainment and F&B outlets.

You will source, purchase, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining cost efficiency. The role requires 2 to 5 years of purchasing experience, relevant education, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, or related field.
• 2 to 5 years of purchasing or procurement experience.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with stakeholders.
• Proficient in sourcing, quotation comparison and PO processes.
• Able to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility and urgency.

Responsabilités

• Assist superior in daily purchasing activities and material requirements.
• Source, compare and obtain supplier quotations for requests.
• Prepare purchase orders and process procurement documentation accurately.
• Coordinate with suppliers on orders, delivery schedules and availability.
• Track deliveries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Support procurement reporting, cost-saving initiatives and compliance.
