Job summary

Credit Bureau Malaysia is seeking a proactive Procurement Executive to source, purchase, and manage suppliers for all departments, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and adherence to procurement policies. You will maintain records, negotiate terms, and drive continuous improvement in procurement processes.

Based at Sunway Big Box Sdn Bhd Iskandar Puteri, the role requires strong negotiation, supplier management, and Excel proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of procurement experience.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

The Procurement Executive is responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and managing suppliers for all departments related materials and services. This role ensures timely delivery, cost efficiency, quality standards, and compliance with company procurement policies to support all related procurement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process.
• Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery, and reliability.
• Obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with vendors.
• Issue purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and purchasing documentation.
• Resolve supplier issues related to quality, delivery, or pricing.l
• Monitor market trends and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and internal approval procedures.
• Prepare monthly procurement reports.
• Support and continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement function.
• Manage other ad hoc assignments as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 years of procurement experience.
• Good knowledge of procurement processes and purchasing best practices.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with ERP or procurement systems is an advantage.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines.

Position will be base at Sunway Big Box Sdn Bhd Iskandar Puteri.

Willing to travel Sunway Kluang Mall in weekly/ bi-weekly basis and travel to HQ office as & when required.
