Job summary

Innoquest Pathology in Selangor is seeking a procurement professional to manage purchase orders, vendor sourcing, and records. You will prepare invoices and support stock replenishment while maintaining confidentiality and strong working relationships with suppliers.

The role is full-time in Petaling Jaya with opportunities to mentor junior staff and contribute to process improvements in Purchasing.

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma in inventory, supply chain or related field.
• At least 1 year of procurement experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Ability to maintain good relationships with colleagues, clients and suppliers.
• Maintain confidentiality in all areas including patient records.

Responsibilities

• Issues Purchase Orders for Store on weekly and monthly stock cycles.
• Issues POs for Capex and non-stock requests in a timely and accurate manner.
• Emails Purchase Orders to Operation Team.
• Prepare invoices for receipting on Capex and non-stock purchases.
• Assist in vendor sourcing for price comparison.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing for Purchasing Department.
• Mentor junior staff and promote quality and teamwork.

• Timely and accurate issuance of Purchase Orders for Store on weekly and monthly basis based on stock replenishment cycle.
• Timely and accurate issuance of Purchase Order on Capex and non-stock request.
• Emailing out Purchase Order for Operation Team.
• To prepare Invoices for Receipting on Capex and non-stock purchase.
• Assist in vendor sourcing for price comparison analysis.
• To put in place proper documentation and filing for Purchasing Department.
• Act as mentor to junior staff by encouraging good practice, team spirit and a quality-orientated approach.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Inventory Management, Supply Chain Management, or any other relevant field of business studies.
• Minimum of 1-year procurement, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Able to maintain good working relationship with colleagues, clients and suppliers.
• Maintain confidentiality in all areas of work, patient records, etc.
