Job summary

Spritzer in Malaysia is seeking a procurement professional with a diploma or degree and at least 2 years in procurement. You will handle sourcing, purchase orders, supplier coordination, and ensure timely delivery.

Responsibilities include issuing POs, rescheduling orders, monitoring supplier performance, liaising on pricing and delivery expediting, and preparing monthly purchasing reports.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Business or related field with 2 years and the above in procurement experience.

Responsibilities

• Inquiry quotation, negotiate and assist on suppliers’ selection when necessary.
• Issue Purchase Orders, rescheduling order plan and closely monitor supplier delivery performance to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Coordinate and resolve problems with end-user departments and suppliers including packaging artwork requesting.
• Liaise with suppliers on matters related to pricing, delivery expediting, sample request and others related.
• Follow up Purchase Order acknowledgement and outstanding purchase order from the supplier.
• Prepare purchasing monthly reports and monitor supplier performance.
