Job summary

Responsibilities

• Purchase order execution based on production plans; coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of materials.
• Arrival, warehousing, returns/exchanges: follow up on material arrival and coordinate with Warehouse, Quality and Production to address delays and quality issues.

Luminous Beauty Glass Sdn Bhd – Kulim, Kedah

Job Responsibility

• 1. Purchase order execution: Based on production plans and material requirements, coordinate with suppliers to complete daily material ordering, replenishment, order follow-up and delivery tracking, ensuring on-time arrival of production and daily factory materials.
• 2. Arrival and quality follow-up: Follow up on material arrival, warehousing and abnormal return / exchange handling; coordinate with Warehouse, Quality and Production departments to promptly address issues such as delivery delay, shortage and quality abnormality.

Basic Qualifications

Diploma or above; experience in manufacturing procurement, order follow-up or supply chain management is preferred.

Proficient in Excel, able to independently create ledgers and reconciliation tables; familiar with manufacturing procurement processes, warehousing reconciliation and payment processes; experience in operating ERP systems is preferred.

Careful and rigorous, strong sense of responsibility, good communication and coordination skills, honest and self-disciplined.
