Job summary

Talent Craft Consultancy in Malaysia is seeking a proactive Procurement professional to manage purchasing activities for PCBA manufacturing. You will source parts, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining accurate supplier records.

Responsibilities include submitting FA for new mechanical/electromechanical/PCB parts, conducting supplier audits, and handling pricing/MOQ/lead time discrepancies. 2+ years of relevant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree / Diploma in Electrical Electronics / Manufacturing / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering
• Minimum 2 years relevant PCBA manufacturing experience
• Purchasing experience; negotiating deals with suppliers
• Sourcing and procuring the raw materials, components, and supplies necessary for production
• Audit related activities – supplier audits and compliance tasks
• RoHS/Reach/CA Prop65/Conflict Mineral Declaration responsibilities (where applicable)

• Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier Information.


• Complete special task, request by customer compliance declaration (RoHS/Reach/CA Prop65/Conflict Mineral Declaration)


• Audit related activities - Conduct supplier audit.


• Follow information security policies, procedures and guidelines such as established by the organization

Job requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Electrical Electronics / Manufacturing/ Mechanical/ Industrial Engineering


• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in PCBA manufacturing environment
