The Procurement Specialist is responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and managing the supply of materials, components, and services required for PCB manufacturing operations. The role ensures cost-effective procurement, timely delivery, supplier performance management, and compliance with company quality standards. Candidates with a PCB (Printed Circuit Board) manufacturing background are highly preferred.

Source and procure raw materials, chemicals, PCB components, and indirect materials required for production.
Evaluate and select suppliers based on cost, quality, delivery performance, and technical capability.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, contracts, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and monitor order status to ensure on-time delivery.
Coordinate closely with Planning, Production, Engineering, Quality, and Warehouse teams to support production requirements.
Manage supplier performance, including quality, lead time, and cost improvement initiatives.
Resolve supply chain issues, shortages, and delivery delays promptly.
Conduct market research and identify alternative suppliers to reduce procurement risks.
Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure compliance with company procurement policies.
Support cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives.
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of procurement experience, preferably in the PCB (Printed Circuit Board) manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of PCB raw materials, chemicals, manufacturing processes, and supply chain operations.
Experience in supplier sourcing, negotiation, contract management, and vendor performance evaluation.
Good understanding of MRP/ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in English; Mandarin is an added advantage to communicate with suppliers from Taiwan or China.
