Job summary

Healthy World Lifestyle Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive procurement and logistics professional to streamline import, supplier coordination, and document control. The role covers end-to-end shipment management, PO processing, and monthly reporting, with opportunities to negotiate terms with suppliers and improve warehouse operations.

Based in Shah Alam, you will liaise with carriers, freight agents, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and compliant customs declarations.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM/Diploma in Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 1–3 years of working experience in procurement, warehouse, inventory & logistic.
• Ability to work Independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage import processes and handle customs declarations in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor shipment status and arrival schedules; coordinate closely with carriers and freight agents, and follow up on any issues as needed.
• Liaise with SIRIM agents regarding inspection documentation and requirements.
• Coordinate with consignees, forwarders, and freight agents to ensure all shipping documents are accurate and complete.
• Maintain and update the weekly shipment schedule in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with suppliers, forwarders, and internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient shipping operations.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the most competitive terms.
• Prepare purchase orders (POs) and manage all related system transactions.
• Provide administrative support to the department as required.
• Organize and maintain proper filing of daily documents and records.
• Prepare and review monthly reports on departmental activities.
• Demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach in all assigned responsibilities.
