Jora Malaysia is seeking a qualified Procurement Specialist to manage supplier sourcing, purchase order issuance, and shipment coordination. The role emphasizes accuracy in inventory control and timely delivery, with experience in shipping and import/export procedures advantageous.
The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years in procurement or logistics within a manufacturing or precision engineering setting, strong negotiation and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office and NAVISION.

Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Business Administration or related field.
2 - 3 years of relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, logistics or warehouse operations, preferably in a manufacturing or precision engineering environment.
Familiar with purchasing, inventory control, shipping and warehouse processes.
Experience in sourcing materials, components and basic knowledge of import/export procedures is an advantage.
Good negotiation, communication and coordination skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel and experience with ERP systems - NAVISION is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.

Source and evaluate suppliers, compare quotations and negotiate pricing, terms and delivery schedules.
Issue purchase orders, monitor delivery, follow up on urgent, delayed or outstanding orders and coordinate with suppliers on shortages, quality issues and replacements.
Coordinate the receiving, checking, labelling and proper storage of materials and finished products.
Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels and conduct regular stock checks.
Coordinate local and international shipments with freight forwarders and couriers.
Prepare relevant shipping and delivery documents and monitor shipment status.
Arrange deliveries according to customer and production schedules and ensure products are properly packed for shipment.
Maintain proper warehouse housekeeping and ensure compliance with company procedures and safety requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
