You will monitor stock levels, update monthly sales reports, and analyze sales and stock data to support purchasing and inventory planning.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit stock orders based on sales performance, stock levels, and business requirements.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate stock replenishment with suppliers.
• Prepare and update monthly sales reports.
• Analyse sales and stock data to support purchasing and inventory planning.
• Process Purchase Orders (PO) and follow up with suppliers on order status and delivery.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding product availability, pricing, delivery schedules, and stock issues.
• Monitor incoming stock and ensure orders are received accurately and on time.
• Maintain proper records of purchase orders, invoices, stock movements, and sales reports.
• Assist in monitoring inventory and identifying slow-moving or fast-moving items.
• Handle general administrative duties and documentation.
• Coordinate with sales and retail teams regarding stock requirements and product availability.
• Perform other purchasing and administrative duties assigned by the management.
