Job summary

Analytical mindset with negotiation and communication skills.
Proficient in Excel and MS Office applications. Detail-oriented and independent.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and manage procurement activities to optimize inventory levels.
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for best cost, quality, and delivery terms.
Monitor material levels and ensure timely delivery to meet production demand.
Maintain records of purchases, supplier performance, and inventory status.
Ensure FIFO in store; coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams.
Prepare procurement reports and forecasts for management review.
Support Planning team in procurement-related activities.
