Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented Stock/Inventory Clerk to manage accurate inventory data and support DO/PO processes. You will interact with suppliers, create product codes, and maintain product costs in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires STPM/ Diploma-equivalent, strong MS Excel skills, and excellent communication to ensure timely order placement and documentation integrity.

Qualifications

• Candidates must possess at least STPM / Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Experience in a computerized accounting environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurate inventory data for DO and PO.
• Contact, place and follow up orders with supplier in a timely and professional manner.
• Create product codes; maintain cost of products.
• Generate, photocopy, file and maintain document integrity.
• Perform wastage data record and prepare report.
• Perform stock check and cost check, data entry.
• Other duties may arise from time to time and as may be assigned.
