Job summary

Stream Empire Holdings Sdn Bhd is seeking a Purchasing Executive in Kuala Lumpur. You will process purchase orders, maintain records, monitor stock levels, and coordinate replenishment while supporting multiple departments. The role requires attention to detail, Excel proficiency, and strong communication in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates with purchasing/inventory experience and admin support background are preferred. Immediate or short-notice start is welcome at Damansara Heights location.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Logistics, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Able to commence work immediately or on short notice.
• Experience in purchasing, procurement, inventory management, or admin support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in processing purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Maintain and update purchasing records accordingly
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment of materials or products when required
• Follow up on delivery of the purchased items
• Perform general administrative duties such as filing, document preparation, faxing, data entry, and maintaining records
• Liaise between departments and provide clerical support when necessary
• Assist in any ad-hoc duties, projects, and activities as and when required
