Job summary

DayOne is seeking a motivated intern to support the Corporate Procurement team with hands-on exposure to procurement processes, tender management, data reporting, and administrative tasks.

The intern will gain experience in data consolidation, reporting dashboards, and stakeholder coordination while assisting in day-to-day activities and special projects within a fast-paced data infrastructure environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, Data Analytics).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; comfortable with data reporting and presentations.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities; ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support daily procurement operational activities and administrative tasks.
• Assist with tender opening preparations, document verification, and record keeping.
• Maintain and update procurement trackers, logs, and filing systems.
• Assist in data collection, consolidation, and reporting for procurement dashboards and management reports.
• Help prepare procurement presentations and reporting materials; support internal communications.
• Support document control by organizing records, ensuring completeness, and following up on missing approvals.
