Job summary

Benns Ethicoa Chocolate Factory Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia seeks a procurement and export coordinator. You will manage sourcing, purchasing, supplier records and export shipments for local and international markets.

Responsibilities include handling export documents, liaising with freight forwarders, and ensuring timely delivery while coordinating with internal departments. The role suits candidates with 1–2 years in procurement/logistics and strong Excel/English skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business administration, supply chain, logistics or related field.
• 1–2 years of procurement/export/logistics or sales administration experience.
• Familiarity with customs procedures and international trade processes is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel; good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Ability to multitask, coordinate with departments and meet deadlines.
• Experience in FMCG, food manufacturing or chocolate industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily procurement activities including sourcing, purchasing and ordering raw materials and packaging.
• Prepare requisitions, purchase orders and supplier records; liaise on pricing and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate export orders and shipments to overseas customers; manage export documentation.
• Prepare and manage export shipping documents (BLs, declarations, forms) where applicable.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping agents and customs to ensure smooth delivery.
• Follow up on shipment schedules and update customers on status; ensure proper filing.
