Job summary

ACO Tech Sdn Bhd seeks a Procurement Executive to oversee tendering, sourcing, and purchase order administration. You will negotiate costs, analyze supplier quotes, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining compliant procurement records.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years in purchasing or procurement, with ERP experience (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite). Mandarin and English communication skills are essential for cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Management, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Purchasing, Sourcing, or Procurement.
• ERP systems proficiency (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Strong analytical, cost evaluation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Mandarin & English for stakeholder communication.
• Industry experience in Automotive or Electronics is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer tender, RFQ, RFP, and quotation processes per procurement policies.
• Process, issue, and manage Purchase Orders throughout their lifecycle.
• Negotiate prices, conduct cost analyses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Follow up with vendors, track orders, and coordinate delivery schedules.
• Maintain up-to-date procurement documentation and supplier records.

Job description

This is a Purchasing, Sourcing, or Procurement role responsible for managing tender and sourcing processes, administering purchase orders, optimizing costs, coordinating with suppliers, and maintaining procurement compliance and documentation.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate and administer tender, RFQ (Request for Quotation), RFP (Request for Proposal), and quotation processes in strict adherence to company procurement policies and procedures

Process, issue, and manage Purchase Orders (POs) accurately and efficiently throughout their lifecycle

Conduct price negotiations, perform cost analysis, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or lead times

Follow up with vendors, track order status, and coordinate material delivery schedules to ensure uninterrupted operations

Maintain complete, up-to-date procurement documentation, supplier records, and audit-ready archives

About you

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Management, Economics, Statistics, or a related technical field

2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Purchasing, Sourcing, or Procurement

Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar)

Strong analytical, cost evaluation, and negotiation skills

Proficient in Mandarin & English to communicate with internal & external stakeholder.

Industry experience in the Automotive or Electronics sector is a strong advantage
