Job summary

JEV Management in Shah Alam invites fresh graduates to join as Supply Chain - Procurement Executive. You will gain hands-on experience across procurement, inventory, suppliers and order operations in a fast-moving environment connecting products from suppliers to businesses.

Role focuses on processing orders, creating and updating POs, managing stock allocations and ensuring FIFO. You will work with Sales, Warehouse and suppliers, with shift-based scheduling and supportive benefits like

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in supply chain, business administration, procurement or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and shift rotations.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify customer and supplier orders.
• Create, update and revise Purchase Orders (POs).
• Coordinate stock allocation, shortages and FIFO compliance.
• Verify warehouse receiving and sorting information.
• Coordinate with farmers and suppliers on shortages and excess stock.
• Follow up on COA and product certifications.
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse and suppliers.
