Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in supply chain or related field.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCount, Excel and Word.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Willing to learn and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating Purchase Orders (PO).
• Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotations, confirm prices, and follow up on orders.
• Update and maintain accurate stock records.
• Prepare basic inventory and stock reports.
• Ensure procurement and inventory documents are properly filed.
• Support daily supply chain and purchasing activities.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by the Manager
