Job summary

China Communications Construction Company – Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur is seeking a procurement and logistics professional to collect and analyse market intelligence, manage supplier resources, and oversee RFQs and purchase orders.

You will coordinate full logistics cycles, track shipments, optimize timelines and costs, and assist with customs documentation and import processes while handling Mandarin documentation when required.

Qualifications

• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Word.
• Detail-oriented, organized, able to work independently under pressure.
• Able to understand Mandarin in writing and reading will be added advantage as may involve China documents.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze market intelligence based on product, investigating and managing supplier resources (materials, equipment or logistics).
• Handle RFQs, procurement contracts, and Purchase Order processing.
• Oversee full logistics cycle, track shipments, coordinate with suppliers, manage inventory and optimize delivery timelines and costs.
• Assist with customs documentation, import duty processing, and shipment clearance.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
