Agensi Pekerjaan LHC Sdn Bhd in Rawang, Selangor is seeking a commercially astute Contract / Procurement Executive to join the CCSI project team. The role covers end-to-end local procurement sourcing, contract drafting, cost estimation, cost control, and variation tracking.

You will develop local vendor networks, manage VO and progress billing, and ensure contract compliance while safeguarding project margins and maintaining up-to-date ledger records.

Qualifications

• Experience with end-to-end local procurement and contract drafting.
• Experience in managing VO and progress billing.
• Knowledge of Malaysian SST and local taxation rules.
• Strong vendor network development in Malaysia.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Procurement & Tendering for subcontracts, materials, and equipment.
