Gentari, based in Malaysia, is seeking a Head of Procurement Excellence to strengthen governance, standardize processes, and drive performance across Renewables, Hydrogen and Green Mobility segments. You will lead tool development, KPIs, and capability-building initiatives while ensuring LOA compliance and sustainable procurement practices.

The role requires 7+ years in procurement within infrastructure or renewables, with strong governance and data-analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• CEP or CIPM/CEP certification is an advantage.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in procurement, contract management, or supply chain within infrastructure, construction, or renewable energy sectors.
• Proven experience in process improvement and procurement governance.
• Strong understanding of procurement operations, governance and compliance.
• Proficiency in procurement systems and performance reporting tools.

Responsabilités

• Lead initiatives to standardize and improve procurement processes across Gentari's global operations.
• Develop and maintain procurement tools, templates, and reporting dashboards to enhance visibility and performance tracking.
• Identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, reduce risk, and support scalability.
• Monitor procurement KPIs and drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights.
• Ensure alignment of procurement operations with internal governance frameworks, including LOA, compliance, and sustainability standards.
• Support contracting strategies and standardization across global operations.
• Serve as Secretariat for Tender Committee when required and coordinate meetings, documentation, and decisions.
