You will develop strategies, optimize costs, manage supplier relationships, and mentor a growing team to ensure on-time, cost-efficient delivery across multiple sites.

The role requires 8+ years in supply chain with ERP experience, strong leadership, and a data-driven approach to decision making in a dynamic energy sector.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in supply chain management, with procurement and logistics exposure.
• Hands-on experience supervising warehouse operations and coordinating logistics.
• Experience sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing performance.
• Familiar with ERP systems and supply chain tools.
• Strong analytical and leadership abilities with a data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project delivery and company goals.
• Forecast demand with Sales and Project teams; maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure timely deliveries.
• Oversee warehousing, receiving, storing, and distribution for projects.
• Lead and mentor the supply chain team; monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
