Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 10–15 years of progressive experience in marketing and sales, preferably within renewable energy.
• Proven success in securing high-value projects and meeting sales targets.
• Deep understanding of market dynamics in the clean energy sector.
• Strong expertise in sales strategy, contract negotiation, and stakeholder relationship management.
• Proficiency in leveraging digital marketing platforms to drive growth.
• Advanced analytical skills for financial assessments of projects.
• Proven leadership with coaching and mentoring experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote renewable energy solutions to target market segments.
• Strengthen market position via strategic branding, promotions, and industry events.
• Lead digital marketing initiatives (SEO, paid campaigns, social media) to drive leads.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
• Lead and manage sales to achieve growth across multiple customer segments.
• Identify and secure business opportunities through partnerships, proposals, and negotiations.
