Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a Procurement Manager (Solar / Industrial EPCC) to take full strategic ownership of project-based procurement and supply chain execution in Malaysia. You will drive cost optimization, contract negotiation, vendor management, and ensure on-time site deliveries through final commissioning.

Ideal candidates have 7–12 years in procurement/subcontract management within EPCC, with exposure to Solar/Renewables or heavy industrial infrastructure across multi-currency

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in relevant field.
• 7–12 years procurement and subcontracts management experience in an EPCC environment.
• Experience in Solar/Renewables or Heavy Industrial Infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Category Sourcing across solar PV packages and industrial CAPEX packages.
• Oversee end-to-end tendering, evaluation, and awarding of subcontracts; draft and negotiate EPCC contracts.

Education

Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic preferred), Business Management, or related field
