Job summary

C&W SERVICES (S) PTE. LTD. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a procurement and project coordination professional to manage procurement for furniture, AV systems and related project items.

You will coordinate RFQs, compare quotations, approvals, purchase orders and vendor follow-up, while maintaining delivery trackers. A Diploma or degree in Procurement or related field is required, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in procurement, document control or project coordination, and proficiency in MS

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, document control or project coordination.
• Familiar with RFQs, purchase orders, vendor coordination, delivery tracking and document control processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or a similar document management system.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple procurement packages, documents and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities for directly purchased items including furniture and AV systems.
• Coordinate RFQs, quotation comparisons, approvals, purchase orders and vendor follow-up.
• Maintain procurement, PO and delivery trackers and highlight delays.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely submission and delivery of required items.
• Maintain the project document register, filing system, document numbering and revision control.
• Register and track drawings, technical submissions, RFIs, correspondence, meeting minutes, reports and approvals.
• Follow up on outstanding documents, submissions and approvals with the relevant stakeholders.
• Compile and maintain final project and handover records.
