Job summary

Aquaspersions (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Procurement Assistant to support purchasing activities in Malaysia. The role focuses on raising POs, tracking orders, and ensuring timely shipments with proper shipping and forwarding documents.

You will work closely with suppliers, forwarders, and an outsourced warehouse team to maintain smooth operations. Responsibilities include coordinating with Technical and Quality teams on raw materials and keeping procurement records up to date, while adhering to

Responsibilities

• Raise and process Purchase Orders accurately.
• Track open Purchase Orders and follow up to ensure timely shipments.
• Ensure complete shipping and forwarding documents for timely customs clearance and delivery.
• Coordinate closely with suppliers, forwarders, and the outsource warehouse team.
• Coordinate with the Technical and Quality teams on the raw materials list.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records.

Job description

2) General

· To maintain awareness and keep updated with any changes that would affect the Company.

· To act as a professional and positive ambassador for Aquaspersions.

· To ensure that the department works effectively, accurately, and fairly at all times.

· To carry out such duties as may reasonably be required from time to time to meet the evolving needs of Aquaspersions.

· Perform duties in a safe and environmentally manner in accordance with Company policies and procedures and ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 standards.
