Job summary

Fresh Feast Sdn Bhd in Nilai (Negeri Sembilan) is seeking a procurement professional to manage end-to-end purchasing, PO processing, and supplier coordination. The role focuses on sourcing materials, negotiating terms, and ensuring timely deliveries to meet customer orders.

The ideal candidate holds a diploma or degree with at least 2 years in manufacturing procurement, is analytical, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in procurement in manufacturing.
• Able to work with minimal supervision, analytical, and a good team player.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Purchasing Department in generating and processing Purchase Orders.
• Liaise with suppliers for raw materials and general purchases; obtain quotations and place orders.
• Source potential suppliers, negotiate terms and costs.
• Monitor delivery with vendors for on-time delivery.
• Ensure stock replenishment to meet customer orders.
• Coordinate shipping activities and handle full shipping documentation.

• Directly responsible for overall Procurement role.
• Process Purchase Order (PO).
• Coordinate and liaise with internal & external customers or suppliers on shipment activities and handle full shipping documentation

Responsibilities:

• Assist Purchasing Department in generating and processing Purchase Order (PO).
• To liaise with suppliers for raw material and general purchase - request quotation and place order.
• Source for potential supplier, negotiate terms of the contract and cost negotiations.
• Monitoring on delivery of goods purchased with Vendors for on-time delivery.
• Responsible for stock replenishment to meet customer orders.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in Procurement from Manufacturing industry.
• Ability to work under minimum supervision, analytical and a good team player.
• Computer literate and with fair spoken & written English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Applicants with Mandarin speaking and writing is preferable.
• Good knowledge of relevant purchasing terms, conditions, practices and procedures.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens.
• Must be willing to work in Nilai 3.
