Job summary

Procurement and Customer Service Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Procurement & Customer Service Executive to join our team at GPI Technology Sdn Bhd in Port Klang, Selangor. This role is responsible for managing the purchasing and customer service functions. You will also oversee the warehouse daily operations.

What you'll be doing

Procuring and managing inventory of raw materials, components and finished goods to meet production and sales demands

Negotiating with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms

Responding to customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service

Processing and following up on customer orders and deliveries

Prepare invoice, DO and related documents and arrange delivery

Oversee warehouse operation such as receiving, stock take etc.

Requirement

Preferable minimum 2 year's experience in a purchasing or customer service role

Fresh graduate are welcome as well

Proficient in using ERP systems and MS Office applications

5 and half days work per week

Proficient to communicate in English
