Job summary

QS Corporate Services Sdn Bhd seeks a Process Improvement Executive to support the Integrated Livestock Farming division. You will develop dashboards, analyze key metrics, and drive improvements across farm operations with RCA and PDCA techniques.

You will collaborate with farm operations, nutrition, engineering and quality teams to implement actions and monitor impact, while traveling to farm locations as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, Engineering, Operations Management or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience; fresh graduates with relevant exposure may also be considered.
• Experience or exposure to poultry farming or livestock operations is an added advantage.
• Good analytical, problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
• Basic knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as RCA and PDCA.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across different functions.
• Hands-on, practical and willing to work closely with farm operations.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel to farm locations as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain performance dashboards to track key farm and operational KPIs.
• Review and validate data accuracy and follow up with farms on discrepancies or missing information.
• Analyze key performance indicators such as mortality, body weight, uniformity, FCR and production performance to identify trends and performance gaps.
• Prepare clear and concise performance reports for management review.
• Conduct farm visits to validate data findings, understand operational issues and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for performance gaps.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives using tools such as RCA and PDCA.
• Work with farm operations, flock health, nutrition, engineering and quality teams to implement improvement actions.
• Monitor the effectiveness and sustainability of improvement initiatives.
• Support process standardization, SOP improvements and Performance Improvement initiatives.
• Support digitalization initiatives, including the development and improvement of Power BI dashboards and reporting tools.
