Job summary

T HASEGAWA FLAVOURS (KUALA LUMPUR) SDN. BHD. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer in Ampang Jaya to design, implement, and maintain production methods that improve quality and efficiency.

You will analyze data, lead root-cause investigations, collaborate with R&D, and ensure adherence to HACCP, safety, health, environmental and quality standards while mentoring staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, food engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem-solving and data-driven mindset.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of safety, health, environmental and quality standards.

Responsibilities
