Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, food engineering, food science or related field.
• 2-3 years in manufacturing, production engineering or related field preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and data-driven mindset.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of safety, health, environmental and quality standards.
• Adaptability and desire for continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain efficient production methods.
