Job summary

Flex is seeking a Process Engineer in Malaysia to support PTP and report to the Engineering Manager. The role focuses on cost, quality and delivery improvements to sustain manufacturing excellence.

The candidate will define and implement manufacturability improvements, establish robust process parameters, and participate in cycle time reduction and process development. A Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience and training.
• Typically requires 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify the manufacturing processes and technologies used.
• Define, implement and evaluate designs for manufacturability.
• Identify root causes of failures in the manufacturing process.
• Participate in cycle time and process-improvement activities.
• Develop and maintain process documentation.
• Guide cost improvement/reduction programs.
