Flex is seeking a Process Engineer based in Bukit Minyak, Penang to strengthen cost, quality and delivery improvements within our manufacturing operations.

You will define, implement and optimize manufacturing processes, manage equipment lifecycles, and drive ECOs while focusing on safety and productivity. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to sustain continuous improvement in a dynamic production environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Typically requires 2 years of experience.

Responsabilités

• Define, implement and evaluate designs for manufacturability.
• Identify root causes of failures in the manufacturing process.
• Prepare justification and implement capital equipment for production.
• Establish robust process parameters and control methods.
• Train production personnel on new technology transfer.
