Job summary

Workle Recruitment Agency in Malaysia is seeking a Product Engineer with 2+ years of manufacturing experience to establish product engineering data, maintain it timely, and develop and implement technical standards. You will introduce new products and build processes (BOM), prepare technical documents, and improve workflow upon approval.

Qualifications

• Mandarin & English language proficiency required.
• Knowledge of Product Process Flow.
• Experience with CNC Milling is required.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Certificate or higher in manufacturing or equivalent is preferred.
• At least 2 years in Manufacturing, Engineering & Production or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain product engineering data in a timely manner.
• Develop and modify technical regulations and standards and implement after approval.
• Introduce new products and build new processes (BOM).
• Prepare technical documents, improve and standardize process flow, and implement after approval.
• Provide guidance and coordinate resolution of technical problems arising from products.
• Coordinate and maintain documentation for all stages and processes within scope.
• Assist in design and optimization of tooling, inspection tooling, and SOPs/SSP updates.
• Prepare and submit FMEA, flowcharts, and other materials as needed.
• Cooperate with overtime responsibilities according to needs and perform other duties assigned.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establish product engineering data and maintain the data in a timely manner.
• Develop and modify technical regulations and standards, and implement them after approval.
• Introduction of new products and build new processes (BOM).
• Properly prepare technical documents, improve and standardize the process flow, and implement it after approval.
• Provide timely guidance, processing, coordination and resolution of technical problems arising from products.
• Coordinate, implement and maintain documentations for all stages and processes of your work scope.
• Early product development process evaluation, tooling and inspection tool design and adjustment, follow-up of quantitative testing, sample submission, etc.
• Assist Superior in the preparation and improvement of product SOP, SPP and other operating documents
• Preparation and submission of FMEA, FLOWCHART / General Standard and other materials.
• Cooperate with the company’s overtime responsibilities according to the needs.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior from time to time.
