Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a product engineering professional to establish and maintain engineering data, develop new product processes, and standardize technical documents. You will interpret mechanical drawings, apply CAD tools, and ensure GD&T compliance while working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include creating BOMs, developing regulations, and assisting with SOPs and testing.

Qualifications

• Strong Mandarin and English communication skills.
• Knowledge in product process flow.
• Basic knowledge of CNC machining processes.
• Able to interpret mechanical drawings and CAD 3D tools (AutoCAD).
• Good understanding of GD&T concepts for tolerances and functions.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• At least 2 years of experience in Manufacturing/Engineering/Production.

Responsibilities

• Establish product engineering data and maintain it timely.
• Develop and modify technical regulations and standards, implement after approval.
• Introduce new products and build new processes (BOM).
• Prepare technical documents, improve and standardize flow, implement after approval.
• Provide timely guidance and coordinate technical issue resolution.
• Coordinate and maintain documentation across all work stages.
• Assist in tooling design, inspection tooling, testing, and sample submission.
• Assist Superior in preparing SOPs and operating documents.
• Prepare and submit FMEA, flowcharts and standards.
• Cooperate with overtime needs as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by superior.

4. 4.Properly prepare technical documents, improve and standardize the process flow, and implement it after approval.
5. 5.Provide timely guidance, processing, coordination and resolution of technical problems arising from products.
6. 6.Coordinate, implement and maintain documentations for all stages and processes of your work scope.
7. 7.Early product development process evaluation, tooling and inspection tool design and adjustment, follow-up of quantitative testing, sample submission, etc.
8. 8.Assist Superior in the preparation and improvement of product SOP, SPP and other operating documents
9. 9.Preparation and submission of FMEA, FLOWCHART / General Standard and other materials.
10. 10.Cooperate with the company’s overtime responsibilities according to the needs.
11. 11.Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior from time to time.
