  • Process Improvement: Drive continuous process improvement by identifying inefficiencies, implementing optimized workflows, and tracking key performance indicators to enhance productivity, quality, and safety.
  • Cost Reduction: Lead cost reduction initiatives by analyzing production expenses, optimizing material usage, and implementing strategies to minimize waste and improve overall cost efficiency.
  • Supply Chain Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize material flow, inventory, and logistics, driving supply chain efficiency while identifying risks, reducing costs, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Ergonomic Analysis: Conduct ergonomic analysis to identify hazards, implement risk-reduction solutions, and promote safe work practices that enhance employee comfort and well-being.
  • Quality and Safety: Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations by maintaining certifications, identifying risks, and implementing procedures that promote a safe and high‑quality work environment.

Requirements
