Job summary

Infosys Consulting Insights in APAC seeks an experienced Principal Consultant to lead HR transformation and employee experience initiatives. You will drive change management across client engagements, deliver tailored solutions, and balance multiple priorities while building strong client relationships.

The role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills, with a focus on delivering practical, sustainable outcomes in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management and delivery of change initiatives.
• Experience delivering OCM workstreams in transformation programs, preferably in consulting.
• Knowledge of Target Operating Model (TOM) and organization design.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled learning and capability development approaches.
• Change management certification (Prosci/CCMP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team delivering employee experience strategies and journeys.
• Develop HR transformation and shared services solutions.
• Drive change management programs and ensure adoption.
• Manage program and project delivery for workforce initiatives.
• Contribute to practice development and go-to-market activities.
