Job summary

Accenture Southeast Asia is seeking a Change Management Consultant to support HR-T&O transformation initiatives. You will lead change strategy, stakeholder engagement and communications for large-scale programs.

Travel with prestigious clients, collaborate with international teams, and mentor junior colleagues as you help deliver agile, people-focused change initiatives across industries.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of HR change management/consulting experience for Consultant level.
• Experience in HR & Talent Management, Learning & Collaboration or Organization Effectiveness is desirable.
• Proven ability to think creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
• Comfortable working with digital solutions in an information systems/technology-driven environment.
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create and deliver high-impact communications to senior audiences and facilitate complex discussions.
• Strong executive-level relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Define a Change Management strategy to support business transformation programs.
• Leverage social and digital technologies in change management and communications.
• Help clients develop change capability and become more agile.
• Co-create solutions and conduct user review sessions; run stakeholder meetings.
• Conduct a Change Management Impact Analysis and develop treatment plans.
• Implement strategies to embed new business processes.
• Support Change Measurement through a Change Readiness tool.
• Collaborate with HR Transformation on HR systems like Oracle, SuccessFactors and Workday.
• Work with a global, international team where English is the common language.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to practice-building activities.
