Job summary

Infosys Consulting is seeking a Senior Consultant in the Workforce Transformation practice to deliver Organizational Change Management (OCM) workstreams for client engagements in the Asia-Pacific region.

You will lead change strategies, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and readiness activities while collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting business development for ongoing engagements.

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of experience in Organizational Change Management with hands-on delivery.
Experience delivering OCM workstreams on transformation programs, ideally within a consulting environment.
Working knowledge of Target Operating Model (TOM) and org design, workforce planning, and workforce transition; exposure to AI-driven workforce transformation is a plus.
Familiarity with AI-enabled learning and capability development approaches.
Demonstrated ability to engage credibly and independently with client stakeholders on solution content.

Responsibilities

Lead OCM delivery workstreams with strong client engagement and delivery ownership.
Perform change impact assessments across people, process, and technology; develop adoption and mitigation plans.
Engage with client stakeholders, manage relationships, and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
Develop clear, audience-appropriate change communications and training/adoption strategies.
Support proposal development and identify opportunities from current engagements.
