DHL Express Malaysia is seeking a pricing and commercial analytics specialist to implement pricing strategies across customer segments and support profitable growth. You will analyze RFQs, spot quotes, and pricing requests, delivering data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Business/Finance/Economics or related field, 2–4 years in pricing or revenue management, and strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query) with Power BI experience.

Implement DHL Express pricing strategies and governance across customer segments to support profitable growth. Prepare reports and provide pricing recommendations that enable informed business decisions and drive sustainable revenue growth.
Analyze RFQs, spot quotes, and pricing requests, providing recommendations that balance competitiveness, profitability, and strategic objectives.
Lead discussions on pricing strategies for bid opportunities, providing data-driven justification and recommendations to sales stakeholders.
Support the review of profitability simulations and rate levels for existing and potential business opportunities and propose recommendations using available resources.
Support strategic pricing projects such as General Price Increases (GPI), strategic pricing initiative, loss-maker program, and Ship-to-Agreement review among others.
Provide general pricing support including system support, billing errors and ad-hoc reports for stakeholders.
Manage the preparation of reports/pricing KPI scorecards
Involve in rate card generation and validation.
Ensure that the rates are accurately set up in GRE.
Support and coordinate with team members on project developments.
Provide general pricing support, including ad-hoc projects and reports.
Support automation and continuous improvement of pricing reports and processes.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Logistics, or a related discipline.
2-4 years of experience in Pricing, Commercial Analytics, Finance or Revenue Management
Experience in the logistics, transportation, or express industry is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and data analysis.
Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence tools is preferred.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
