Job summary

Tec D Malaysia, part of the TD SYNNEX family, is seeking a Presales Consultant to provide presales technical support to the Sales team. You will deliver tailored demonstrations, qualification discussions, and lead technical POCs to expand opportunities.

You will collaborate with Account/Product Managers, conduct deep-dive product demos, and train partners on solutions while coordinating RFP/RFI responses and technical validation events.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of vendor products and networking tech (TCP/IP, DNS UNIX)
• Good network and security knowledge
• Ability to articulate complex technology simply
• Strong presentation skills and customer-facing communication

Responsibilities

• Assist Account/Product Managers with qualification of opportunities by providing presales technical support.
• Provide pre-sales technical support and deliver deep dive product demonstrations to customers and business partners.
• Deliver training to partners on products solution.
• Contribute to and refine technical RFP/RFI responses
• Customer demonstrations and presentations
• Coordinate and manage technical validation events (POC)
• Coordinate and manage POC assets
• Participate in conferences, shows, exhibitions when appropriate and requested
• Recommend and influence market content.
• Performs other related duties as assigned
